Clearly, those in the $$$ are selling gallery position and ad space. As you look at sites like Shemp's, I don't think he has many of his own affiliate galleries up.
Don't know about all the business relationships and their details. Shemp could partner with someone and about guarantee a profitable site. So in that sense it would be self promotion if he pushed a site he had an interest in.Comment
