It is obtrusive. I'd bet it does nothing for the affiliate program it's associated with other than make webmasters vow to not sign up. It's the equivalent of spam email. I have no idea who the sponsor is, I avoid it at all costs. " Oh my god, I'm cumming" is completely out of context with getting affiliate signups.
Moreover, It ruins the spirit of GFY. Guys and Gals come here to have a good time and do business, not worry about 3rd parties overhearing something.
