I dont think theres any problem from the 14yr old's stand point. I think practically anybody in his place would have done what he did. The reason this should should be a crime and the reason she should be punished is that what kind of person is she? Would you want this kind of person around your children in their schools? She's the one who committed the crime, not him. Nobody is arguing that. I do beleive this is a victimless crime, where as on the other hand, if the roles were reversed and it was a 14 yr old girl, she would be a victim. I know it doesnt make sense, but the bottom line is males and females are different, not everything can be equal.
