    Which is more profitable when building a paysite?

    Building a site with say 10k pictures and 5 movies. (cookie cutter) Get the surfer in and out. Less bandwith no rebills but a quick buck.

    or

    Full Blow Paysite Lots of live cams feeds streaming video/ 100k + pictures 1,000's of videos (Bandwith and streaming video costs. All content cost more $) To maybe get the surfer to rebill an extra 3-4 months?

          I'd go for the 2nd one. Bandwidth is quite cheap these days anyway. I run/ran three paysites myself, and i did use kinda recycled/non-exclusive content. However, I tried to put up as much as possible though. At one site, i had way fewer content at the member area, and most users canceled right away at that site. I think you have either to overwhelm them with content so they think "damn im happy i joined, lets stay here for a wihle", or have such a hot cutie they fall in love with her and want to see every single pic you might update later (or have such good content they want to see every single pic)

              Since you obviously don't know much, if anything, about paysites and retaining members, start out small, so incase you fail, you don't lose too much money.

                  Well when pushing revshare I have had 1 person rebill for 14 months... others only that month or less
