You know how you can't legally call a "champagne" a "Champagne" unless it's from the "Champagne" region of France?

Well, the same law should apply to "premium" when applied to domain names.

Unless a panel of know-it-alls like me and other domain pimps actually hold up our "approved" cards, a name cannot be called "premium" until it goes through committee.

Anyone else down for this?
