    i just made an offer on a domain, need help

    I think he is interested in selling but now he asks me why i want the domain name and for what. I don't want to sound to eager to buy it.
    Is this good?

              Just be honest with what you want to use it for but make sure you mention that this domain is one of SEVERAL you are considering. If he asks more than you want to pay make a counter offer. If he doesn't accept it walk away for a few days and see what happens. If you do not hear from him and you want it pay his price.
