Does anyone ever answer the phone there? I called the # listed on the contact site but nobody has been answering all morning.

All contacts are available, except our office phone which should be set up today or tomorrow because of the office move that was posted on our board over the weekend.
However you can still ICQ, email, or call your support reps cell phone number. So there are still 3 ways to contact your support rep.
