Yeah, CNN is not biased at all.

Look at the wording of their headline:

"Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a law meant to punish pornographers who peddle dirty pictures to Web-surfing kids is probably an unconstitutional muzzle on free speech."

The assumption is that the whole industry is actively targeting kids like a bunch of evil cretins and that the court is wimpering and giving into us because its "probably" unconstitutional.

    FUCK.

Oh well, I'm hugely relieved that the ruling went the right way. Let 2 justices retire under a second Bush administration and see what happens though.

Yeah that was the first sentance of the Associated Press release on it.

Pissed me off too, because the law really seeks to make the internet in the USA alot like the internet in China. IMO.

You've read it, you can't unread it.

What a fucked up quote, especially considering that porn sites weren't the ones challenging the law:

Plaintiffs in the COPA case include the American Booksellers Foundation for Free Expression, Salon.com, ObGyn.net, Philadelphia Gay News and the Internet Content Coalition.

The law would have taken down many sites beyond just porn.
