You can't convert .jpg into .txt, end of story. However you can insert a picture in a Word document.

Wow.. lets see... you'd convert it to greyscale first, then find ASCII characters to represent the shades of grey and the curves. You'd have to scale it up really large and print it on a printer so that the characters combined to make the "picture".. Not easy or practicle by any meansl, but not completely impossible.
On a cool note, my brother has a pic that my dad made in the mid 70's. It's the Mona Lisa, printed on sheets of wide carriage paper using all ascii characters. Need to get that from him since I'm the true computer geek of the family..
