              Here, I'll prove it:

              What's the largest city in Uganda? Don't know? Don't worry -- I'll tell ya. It's Kampala. Now you know. Are you any more intelligent? Or have you simply received a new piece of information? Exactly. IQ tests, while they certainly make use of factual recall, place on emphasis on testing for methodological intelligence and general aptitude -- not facts and formulas. Of course, since there is likely to be a statistical correlation between IQ score and SAT score, the chart is anecdotally useful -- however, not in any way scientific.

                  You can have a high IQ and still be stupid though.

                  Someone with a high IQ can learn things faster than someone with a low IQ. That's the only difference.

                  A person with a low IQ can still learn just as much, it simply takes them longer. Whereas a person with a high IQ can go their whole life without reading a single book, and be as dumb as Forrest Gump.

                                          I would still say that if someone "tests" higher than someone else that they are smarter. I have found that people that bitch about this point are the same people that think the world owes them something for nothing and also have a low self esteem.
