You know, after re-reading this thread the first question I should of asked you is: WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO THERE? That should decide where you live.
Maybe you like to dive every day and want nothing to do with whores. Maybe you want to drop off the map and live a life of seclusion. Maybe you want to sleep all day and party all night. All things to consider before taking anyones advice.
