Yes it has passed and Turkey is starting to piss in its pants. Sending letters to the Armenian president asking to re-examine the past. WTF??? The past past, how can you re-examine it. Turkey is starting to panic and you can see that, when the Turkish parliament decided it needs to fight back because it is loosing the struggle. This year Poland recognized the Genocide and hopefully several countries will also do, including Bulgaria. This brings one step closer to
international recognition.
