Paysite owners using Paycom/CCBill, where do you send your CC decline transaction to?

what are the good alternate billing sites out there for sending traffic with cards that are being declined by Paycom and CCBill?

Why would ccbill or paycom decline a credit card that someone else would accept?

I buy them and you keep the traffic. You even get paid if they convert thru me.

if it's in the paycom/ccbill negative database, they would decline the transaction but you can still try it again.......

my is that if it's in the negative database at paycom/ccbill you don't want the join......
