I got screwed out of $65 bucks on the affiliate progrma.. Seems that when a member of the site is banned their affiliate stats and money owed are deleted. I was banned on trumped up bullshit charges and was told that they wont tell me why or show proof of the charges. I was also a lifetime gold member and paid 100 bucks for that membership. His NAZI way of dealing with folks who call him on his shit is to ban them . So I fugure that if a person has a problem with their affialite payments or stats (as has happened quite a lot lately) their account will simply be banned, thus all money owed won't be paid. Read the TOS or TOU or whatever the hell they call it these days. And check it daily cause its sunject to change at a moments notice. Dare to ask questions and you too could just simply disappear from their databases (which, by the way, they cant seem to sync up and get running right) and so goes your affiliate earnings. BE WARNED the only legal documentation they have is their site's TOS/TOU...they do not comply with 18 USC 2257! So if you're a company working within the US or any country requiring legal proof of age other than a marked check box on your signup agreement stay clear.
Anywebcam.com allowed outside cappers access to private cams on their site. The caps from these cams were posted on various website owned by anywebcam.com and other sites.
I would call him a ripoff artist but the term artist denotes an ability to do something well.
Sorry for hijacking the thread but when synass pops up I will be there to shut him up or force him to address these issues among his peers where he has not the power to silence or ban those who speak the truth.The adult industry already has many hurdles to overcome....and when someone breaks the rules it makes it harder for everyone. If you want to learn ways on how NOT to run your website, I suggest you check into Anywebcam.com. I was banned from there and I was a paid lifetime gold member ($99.00). The reason I was banned was because they intercepted and read an email that I sent another member who was asking for the name of another cam/chat site (jmeeting.com), and I sent him the link. They claimed I was actively promoting a cometiting site and luring members away, yet then they state that it's ok to mention the name of the site, you just can't tell people to go there. The real reason I was banned was because I spoke out on the message boards against the site capping members' broadcasts and using them on their feeder sites without their knowlege, and to get the TOU/TOS amended to reflect that private cams would be exempt from any use for any means by Anywebcam.
They claim to don't need to refund my money because I broke the rules of the TOU/TOS, which is a load of crap. This was the first time I had ever used the jmeeting word in any way on the site, so I wasn't actively promoting anything.
Here's a copy of the email I sent the other person......you make up your mind if I was spamming another site (and keep in mind this was a personal email from one person to another and was the first time I ever mentioned another site to anyone on Anywebcam.com):

AWC offers to allow affiliates to embed or place awc cam feeds on their websites.
This puts the affiliates at risk since awc has no age verification of these individuals on file and does not comply with 2257.
You have no idea if some 15 year old is showing her assets on cam.
You would however be violating numerous laws in allowing that broadcast to take place on your site and you would be held liable.
