Anyone want to lease the domain ER.com

    Yo,

Receives 'up to' 1800 pure type-in visitors daily (800 on average). Perfect for a medical informative/product dedicated/drug related site. And or a simple hospital/doctor directory. A great industry to embark on for the true developer.

Although I make a reasonable amount monthly from Google's adsense, they're a pain in the ass in regard to sending payment. Takes weeks. Thus, I would like a more streamlined payment option, which is paid beforehand.

If you're interested I am seeking four figures monthly. Short contracts available. Willing to negotiate a future buyout.

why not lease or sell it to a major medical company?
In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.

I already offered you a steep payment and you turned me down. If you have changed your mind, I suggest that you contact me.

            Hi Rick,

Indeed, you certainly have. However your payment option stipulates a sale/complete registrant transfer thereafter the fifth year. This is not a lease, this is a sale over time. If however you'd like to make (smaller) payments on a lease, I'd be more then glad to accomodate your proposal.

            Best.

Perhaps the brain just isn't working as well as it used to. But I don't understand why anyone would want to "lease" a domain. You pay someone for it, you put a ton of work into developing it, building up SE traffic etc... and then it's theirs again and you've just done a shit load of work for them. Can someone explain Why you would want to lease a domain?

People have been leasing domains for years. Just like people lease office space and buildings
