You can submit there, with or without a recip (as long as you got a good gallery) it doesn't matter to me.
I will probobly send you about 1k-2k if you have a good thumb, but most likely no more than that, so do as you wish ;)

No recip TGP's will give you the most traffic, all the big tgps dont want recips becuase they are usually sending more traffic away than they are getting with recips on tgp'syeah but u will be lucky to get 500 hits from all of them combined.
