4.5 Earthquake 70 Mile From Chicago this Morning!

Was that what that pair of loud bangs was? Shit, I thought it was a sonic boom or something when it happened. My house shook, but it felt like a thump.

weird, felt nothing here... how far can you feel quakes away from the center of where they happen?

The news said because of the bedrock which makes up most of the midwest you can feel them much farther than you can out west.I slept through it,but there were people here that felt it and i am nearly 200 miles away from where it hit.
