This one isn't hard to figure out. The name gets a nice amount of typo traffic daily. Using a PPC service, the auction winner will be able to generate a few dollars a day or more income. A $1,000 price tag will be easy to recoup, even before any action (if any) is taken on the name due to TM issues. I'm sure the name will go for more than $1,000.
