that kid is a fucking monster. Her mother should be arrested for raising such a vile rotton little freak of nature. Race had nothing to do with that terrible little child. Her mother can't raise her kids, she obviously has ZERO discipline and is not willing to beat the hell out of that snot nosed kid. So scare the shit out of her by bringing in the cops. whatever works, my parents would have crucified me if I was half as miserable as that little brat. That kid was on a marathon of terror - acting up and being a derranged little sociopath are two different things.
