Learn to stop taking things so literally. I highly doubt that anyone is suggesting the arbitrary beating of children. The point is, that fucking brat obviously has had no discipline in her young life.
Me - I was fucking beat up by my parents, so I would never do that to my kids, however, I was able to control them with a look. I could literally make my kids cry just by looking at them if they fucked up.
It wasn't like they were never disciplined, the brat in question obviously never has been. Spare the rod spoil the child seems rather appropriate.
It is obvious to me that you don't have kids. From your comment, I hope you never do because your kid will be the one on the news next, only it will be them being arrested for beating up some immigrant to the Netherlands, all captured on their own video.
If it was my kid in that news clip I can assure you that I would not be as upset with the school or police as I would be with myself. I would be so embarrassed. And my kid? Fuck, they would be running to the cops for protection.
