I actually disagree with that quote, Technology may change, but our nature hasnt evolved in along time. Infact I think we've taken primitive steps backwards in just being human.

1. The Ethiopians do not have a choice about whehter or not they starve but the radical Islamists do have a choice about whether they try and murder all the infidels.

2. Disabled people are not disabled because of their own wishes, nor do they attack other people.

3. People with birst defects are not born that way because of their own fault.

4. Mutt isn't wanting to get rid of the "Middle East dirtbags" because they don't fit into his vision of a perfect world. He wants to get rid of them because they are a direct threat to the rest of humanity. You sould have been able to see that point from his admission that although there are also religious bigots in the USA, as long as they kept it to themselves he was willing to live and let live.

Either the Islamic nutjobs join the rest of humanity or they die. It's as simple as that. We cannot let them live now that they have access to weapons and transport because that puts them in our backyard, the result of which was September 11th 2001 and other incidents.

more intelligent people usually use birth control so that they can delay having children and pursue a career; they don't have more children than they can afford, and ultimately have fewer children overall. usually no more than 1 or 2 or maybe 3.

A healthy eugenics program could solve the issues raised in your post, but whenever the term "eugenics" is mentioned, hysterical ninnies whine that Hitler and the Nazis supported eugenics, and that attempting to genetically improve mankind is therefore intrinsically evil.
