Well, I read the logs closely, and either Alien has tampered with them, or Lens messages to Alien at 5:31 and 5:32 were not received by Alien for some reason, because those two ICQ messages should have been pretty damn convincing to anyone that they were dealing with Lensman.Comment

Ok, here's what happened (as near as I can tell)...
Alien was going hard in that thread, trying to ensure the win. Lensman ICQ's him, asking him to slow down, take it easy.... don't over do it. Of course, Alien figured that it couldn't possibly be the real Lensman icq'ing him, and sent him a few messages with some colourful adjectives.
Naturally, this didn't really fly with Lensman, and moments later, Alien couldn't log in anymore. Alien, still not believing that it was Lensman, and more likely Smokey, or someone like Smokey, asked KidCock to come and post on his behalf, asking if it truly was Lensman or if someone hacked his account.
KidCock kinda went over board in his thread about that situation, Lensman posted about how he was out of line bringing a private ICQ conversation to the board like that... and banned KidCock as well for it.
So no, I don't think he was banned for winning the race. I think he was banned for the choice words he decided to share with Lensman after Lensman asked him to slow it down a bit.Comment

I dont know what the deal wit the contest is but i just picked up $25 after reading this thread. I beted someone that he would be banned. I feel sorry for the guy.
