In most Montreal clubs/bars I went to though, I always got a 'regular' bargirl. That way you get to stay after closing , get lots of free shots, lowered tabs, etc....
One bar, I used to give the girl $50 tips on 200$ tabs, because she cut the tab down for me to like 75$
She wasn't the hottest/biggest-breasted, but had the most loyal customers always coming back to her bar.Comment

Smaller bars and clubs, girls who get to know the customers and can pour beers for them before they order it and or without asking what they drink get the money.
