Not really chores just when she needs some boxes etc moved to her other house the 1 she owns I do it for it plus Im always a week or so late with the rent which has been verbally agreed to being ok .. The lease was signed right in front of me and my girlfriend and she signed on behalf of her cousin which I think alone is illegal and she clearly said since I have a pet you can as well and modified the lease to say just that...
