what do you mean by promote, are you looking to do something in the real world or is this internet business only. I would guess from promote you mean do something like flyer the area or something like that. You should be able to call down to the local policing headquarters or better yet city hall and ask someone there for ordinances etc.even ADULTS need TOYS
