I think it's very annoying to have sounds in banners. Especially when you've got a kid in the next room and you didn't realize your sound was turned way up.

It dont bother me as much as the very highly annoying "epassporte" banner...i want to smash my computer when I hear that fucking sound.

If porn sounds are bothering your children in or outside your office, then turn the sound down when you surf on GFY...

personally I don't think the kids should be in the office you work on porn in..

I always like to chime in on these threads - I HATE the banners that have porn sounds. I have been on the phone and had it go off, it fucking sucks. I don't really mind the music ones.

Anyhow, because of the porn sound banners I scroll down when I hit a page so the top banner doesn't show. This isn't really fair to the other advertisers who don't have the shitty sound in their banners. At least if they made it so the sound stopped as soon as you weren't mousing over the banner, but noooooo.

The best way to send a message is dont sign up for people that use sounds on banners or dont click on those banners or unsign up and let them know why. That will send a clear cut message.

it get's really old when you have your sould up loud from watching a vid or something, then you come to GFy and mouse over it by mistake as the page is loading..
