    what you thing about this tgp?

    i have maked some changes on my tgp www.todaygalleries.com
    what you think about this tgp? what to change?
    i have added new top pic/banner, but it looks like that productivity drop down? what you think about that banner on top? change it or why productivity dropt down? sundays are good for productivity?

                          Header looks like crap with the "Hairy Log" and the bottom "Marquee" needs to be sped up. Try a setting of 3 or 4 on it.

                                      I don't mean any offense .. or to come across as an ass in any way .. but I'm really not digging your site at all. I think it could really use a complete overhaul. My opinion only of course.

                                      I really don't like the green. The scrolling links at the top are very annoying. There's two links at the bottom that are not even clickable (bookmark us and set as start page). <edit>I see you're doing browser detection .. these links work in IE - my bad </edit>. The thumbs are also too cramped together.

                                      The thumbnails themselves are also of poor quality.. which will have the biggest effect on your productivity.

                                      I would start from scratch. There's lots of designers on this board selling pre-made designs that are really kick ass for $100 - $150 .. I would invest in one if I were you.

                                          looks like you have some know-how in building tgps.
                                          but i don't want make something like all another tgps and i don't have $100 to pay for design.

                                                          I have to agree with everyone else and say that the marquee at the top is rather annoying. The average surfer wouldn't even spend a second looking at it, waiting to read everything.

                                                          Instead of saying "Remember our URL", why don't you just add a "Bookmark Us" link?

                                                          Also, why don't you break up the rows of thumbs and put some type of advertising in-between?

                                                          Clever marketing text for sick mature sites goes here.

                                                                      Scrolling links at the top suck. Surfers don't want to chase their menus/links. That would annoy the shit out of me.

                                                                      The header needs to go. It's just a bunch of red space with a girl's big 'ole head. I don't even know what you're doing with that. When I mouse-over it reads "pretty pic" but I don't see anything but red space. If I click, it's a bookmark script.

                                                                      The single best and easiest thing you can do right now to increase your productivity, is to fix your thumbs. They're distorted and crappy looking. For one thing, they're 90x130, which is just odd. Make them 90x120, esp if you ever want people to submit to you. That's probably why a lot of them look like they're stretched to fit. A lot of the ones that do fit are blurry and cropped poorly. If you can't make them look better, then just get rid of them. The only thing you have to offer on the page are the thumbs. They've got to be high quality if you want any hope of making the page sticky for a surfer. As it is, there's just no reason to bookmark.

                                                                      It also looks like one big gallery page. Break up the thumbs every few rows. If you don't want to have ads/banners, put some sort of graphic divider to spice it up a little. The way it is now is like reading a 5,000 word essay with no paragraphs. With no breaks, it's not pleasing to the eye. It will also give you the illusion of more thumbs.

                                                                      Change this part of your text to this: The site is updated every day and you will never get pop-ups after you click.

                                                                              You have 2 seconds to grab the surfers attention and make him WANT to stay on your site and start clicking. There's nothing about your site that makes it standout from the million other TGPs out there.

                                                                                          if somebody have more ideas, how to make this tgp more productive and more surfer friendly (i need bookmarkers), thank please post all coment here!
