I think about things I have - things I should be more grateful for.
I remember that I have a family that loves me, a roof over my head, and food on the table. Then I take a walk (or just sit here) and think about why I am sad, and what I can do to change it. Most of the time i'm sad it's because of financial worries, so I tell myself "Where the fuck are you getting just sitting here all sad?".
I snap out of it and go about my day.
Call your family or friends.
Take the day off.
Dance.
Fuck the idiots on GFY, don't take drugs/alcohol when you are upset.
