First went and finally bought a flatscreen LCD HDTV/HDMI and a new DVD player for my bedroom. Too many people in my house lately including a couple of extra kids all trying to play XBox live on 3 different XBoxes and 3 different TVs including the little 20" tv in my office.
Get home and get everything set up and my 16 year old is whining that I get all the good stuff. He's been begging for a TV for his room for 2 years and his birthday is next month. So off we go to buy him a 36" HDTV Sony Wega and DVD player. My older boy comes along and whines that his birthday is next month too. So now he has a new flatscreen LCD 30 inch HDTV and dvd player in his bedroom. I have network cable running all over my floor upstairs and down so they can play XBox live in their bedrooms..
The kicker.. I come back home after an errand.. they have my oldest son's GF on her new XBox set up on MY new tv in MY bedroom with my Microsoft wireless XBox access point hooked to it. So much for watching MY tv. Only time I usually watch it is in my office while I work.
Should be interesting when there are 4 of them playing Counter Strike on XBoxLive tomorrow.
