I used to work out... and it worked for me as well....
(I used to spend some hours in the gym moving all that
heavy stuff from place to place, up and down...)
But now I simply don't have an opportunity...
I was thinking of doing it in the open air on the weekends ( I've got a cool gym in the open air in my town) but the weather spoilt and took away this opportunity...
