I see your point, but then I wonder... how many positions are better than a submitter? I know many submitters that make very good incomes, submitting is the ONLY thing that they do. This is such a strange business when you try to break it down like that...

Submitter is where people tend to start in this business.
It has the lowest startup cost and the fastest results.
From there people either learn the biz and move on to other ventures that are more profitable.....or they leave the biz.
People who make a living "just submitting" are becoming more and more rare.
What's funny is I remember when I first started in this business everyone on the newbie boards was saying "DON'T submit to TGP's....you'll just get a huge bandwidth bill and not get any sales....wait until you really know what you're doing before messing with TGP's....especially thehun"
