Interesting how many people are dumb enough to think that developing a name like that is easy. It takes skill, time and most importantly money to do properly. There's a better than good chance the guy selling hasn't one or more of the above especially a large amount of spare cash (few people have).
Still - if the sale goes through it seems it'll be going to someone who has all the above
