                  The new bank is through the ISO - Global Electronic Technologies.
                  Merchants must process through Netbilling, and use our customer service as well. They are only comfortable with that arrangement. The ISO is underwriting all of the accounts, so you cannot go to the bank directly.

                                  This solution is for US merchants only. The setup is $2000 whcih includes the Visa/Mastercard registration fees. Netbilling does not make a dime of this. It all goies to the ISO/Bank/Card Associations.
