Can't speak for anyone else but from my perspective it's not hate. Far from it actually. I just like to (mostly) poke fun at AlienQ, to see if he'll lighten the hell up and find his lost sense of humour.
Come to think of it, I used to have a T-shirt that said "Fuck em if they can't take a joke"... I'd prefer not to fuck him, so getting him to laugh at his own foibles is about all the option I have.
