The Miss GFY is dragging along and is becoming very boring. To add drama, we add fisting and no logo crap. Just make the rules clear, and you won't have these problems.
Bo, legally, you are on stable ground. If anybody disqualifies you, give me a call. My attorney will handle the case for you for free. It is so damn cut & dry. You didn't violate the rules. GFY should have notified you immediately so you could have privately switched pictures to one showing the GFY Logo.

I fail to see where it says the logo has to be shown. I fail to see ANYTHING about the logo.

Sorry but why didn't I show any teamwork? I posted a pic were the logo was on, and I already offered Loryn to send them the rest of the pics ( with the logo on) if they need it for promotional uses. And it was already clarified in this thread that Kitty didn't pick her gear up from fedex, so that is why she didn't got it. Like you can see on the pole nobody thinks I broke any rule by not showing it, and if they would have told me before the voting that the logo had to show, I would've send them another one from the same set.

There are specific laws that cover sweepstakes, contest, lotteries and such and the rules HAVE TO, I repeat HAVE TO be clear and specific. THERE CAN NOT BE ANY IMPLIED RULES!!! Why do you think you have all that legalize on a fuckin lottery ticket or coupon in a fuckin cereal box.
You did not specifically state that the GFY logo must be shown so you have no grounds to disqualify Bo and you would open yourself up to litegation...Btw, you admit in the beginning of this thread that she did nothing wrong and you would probably lose.

For example, Elli . . . your pic is not very good. It has nothing to do with you but with the composition, etc. You should be right in the competition, but instead your apologizing for an ok/bad photo.
