It's not at all hard, I'd would've thought that most adults can indeed do it and that the article is wrong... but doing it for an extended period of time = arm ache.

Most people on this board should be able to do it from jerking off so much.

I honestly can't imagine an adult not being able to do that. I just grabbed a couple of 5 kilo (11 pound) weights and did it and it's quite easy. I imagine most adults could do 7 pounds without a problem!

But saying that, a 5 year old kid being able to do it is pretty amazing. Just thought the point about adults not being able to do it was a bit of bollocks.
