Stuart. I agree with your statement that sonofsam is not one who is intentionally trying to hurt anyone, that he has made some very poor choices, both monetarily and verbally.
No decision goes without consequence; so, this is what I propose.
1. Aaron. You forgive the money and issue the license, based on these conditions.

Look. Let us remember a few facts.
1. You saw the breakdown of the content, just as I did. Bulk content is what it is. As Donovan said, as Aaron said, as many have said... you get the good, the bad, the ugly......so what? It's a bulk deal. Bulk. Before you make a bulk purchase, it would have behooved you to educate yourself on what a bulk package is.
2. You paid for this content in Canadian money. Wrong. Totally wrong.
3. You whined about being over extended. You asked for a refund, not because you didn't like the content; but, because you were overextended. Your comments about not liking the content came AFTER , not before.
4. You whined about Aaron not sending the content, even after he explained about US/Canadian Customs. You got the content, didn't you?
5. He put you on ignore and I don't blame him. It lasted from the night until the next day. He has had to deal with you every day for long enough.
6. You aren't learning anything from this. If you had, you would have acted in a professional manner....which, as of yet, you have not.
So.
I'm now opting for whatever Aaron can think up....because, at some point, you will have to learn something....or pick something else to do to generate revenue.

Better solution... Send the kid final docs/license for $4500 worth of content that he's paid for and be done with it... he doesn't owe anymore, he gets some content and you can wash your hands of the thing and not have to deal with him anymore. This could be finished with in a couple hours.Comment

I'd personally make him give me the money and then make him use my Custodian of Records info on his sites. I'd keep the 2257 info myself. Who knows what some 18 year old with a track record of revealing info that's supposed to be kept private would do with model release that lists a models real name, number, and address.
Don't send him the releases. Make him list you as the "custodian of records".
I would, however, give him the license AFTER he paid.Comment

After this hassle, I think you should be willing to accept a bit worse deal and walk away from this before you get fucked even more..
