Stuart. I agree with your statement that sonofsam is not one who is intentionally trying to hurt anyone, that he has made some very poor choices, both monetarily and verbally.
No decision goes without consequence; so, this is what I propose.
1. Aaron. You forgive the money and issue the license, based on these conditions.
a. Sonofsam stfu. First and foremost, truly, with wine in my body because of you and sincerity in my heart, I am begging you now. Shut up. When you say things like ' the only reason I did this was 'cause you did that'...well...that's not very business like..and shows just how much you have to learn. So, free advice, because I, too, am rather expensive. STFU.
Really. It's for your own good.
b. Retracts any statement that you deemed disrespectful on a personal and business level, in public on the board or boards of your choice.
c. If he keeps this up, go with number 5.
