Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't he actually need to have a liscence agreement to violate a liscence agreement? You can't terminate a liscence nobody has right? Or is there some loophole in the law that states future liscence agreements can be violated.
Man, just let him pay you off and give him the docs he needs. Whether he said shit about you or not, be a bigger man and follow through on giving him the liscence to use the content once paid. You temped him to post those pictures...
This is a LOT of money for a lot of people to be paying for nothing.
