Frikken retarted world when a kid is so pissed at his mum he even thinks about doing such a thing, let alone doing it. It screams of something, it surely does.

And it isn't unique to America or gun crime, these kids are exposed to violence so as they can dream up such actions - anyone remember/know Jamie Bulger?
