ok, the car on the left (that was hit) was coming down a street that has a stop sign at the end... now the car on the right was going down the street that the car on the left was turning in to... perhaps the car on the right was trying to make a right onto the street that the car on the left was coming from. If you look at the veryyyyy left of the pic you can see a van (no hubcap) that is on the main street.... facing towards the accident... this van kinda shows the angle of the main street. The other van thats behind the car on the left , is facing kinda weird.. consider THAT van blocking both sides of the street that has the stop sign at the end of it.
