    Gay phone sex

    Started my phone sex company almost 4 years ago and we're pretty successful.

    I have a gay site now, I have the pictures, the site is ready...pretty much. I'm having trouble hiring gay guys! What's the deal, I call them, they sound interested then I send them the paperwork and they don't get back with me.

    I'm trying to hire a gay manager who has a small job to do...but he makes more than the regular ops PLUS .10 cents a minute on all calls coming through the gay lines...why am I having so much trouble?

    I'm ready go to and start my PPC advertising, and if it goes as my other site that I do all the PPC for I should be making like an extra 2400.00 weekly, but I can't get the fucking guys!!

    Anyone know where I should be looking other than sexyjobs.com for gay guys?

    Help would be appreciated.

      Make up some flyers and go to some gay nightclubs. Stand outside on the street when they are lined up to go get their drink on and hand them out. You should get a few calls.

                              Make some gay phone sex recordings coupled with a live gay chat conference call style setup.

                              If you advertise it enough there will always be a sufficient number of gay guys on there to chat with thus costing you nothing for labor. Plus you'll get way longer hold times because these guys love to chat. And the recorded stuff is a one time production cost.
