You really have to breakdown how the double standard starts; mainly being name-calling which happens when one party is trying to direct blame away from themselves for a bad situation that occured in their life. Everyone has relationships, and most have at least one bad relationship, and most men have relationships with women, so of course some of those end in bad situations - thus the namecalling that's quite widespread.
The way it will end is people understanding themselves and situations better, and that it likely wasn't because of the other person's sexual habits that caused the bad situation, but something else that made things incompatible.
