any dress code for going to small claims?

so, im gonna finally going to court for an accident that happened last december, where it was the 100% the other driver's fault. The insurance company decide to tell me that it's partially my fault.

im not sure if there's a certain attire I should wear. could I just go in with t-shirt and jeans or should I get a shirt (going to be a problem since all of them are up in my apartment 1.5 hours away from here;(
