I just wanted to say outloud (since I said the bad stuff outloud in the past) - for the first time in five months I feel a bit happy, a bit back to a normal and a bit 'me' again.
I wanted to say thanks again with a clear head. There are still so many things I need to deal with and I still dip really low sometimes but the trip to the Pheonix forum was a break I needed, I think to get totally away from the situation for a bit and come back recharged.
I noticed that in the last two weeks I am eating proper meals again (yes, I know it is hard to tell from looking at me but I have barely eaten in five months) and I am back watching the tv shows I used to watch, I just booked gig tickets (haven't been to a gig since September..bought some tickets but never went..didn't feel right) that I will actually go to, am following the news all day again and have somehow slipped totally back into my work schedule.
Mix that with sudden motivation to get my teeth into new projects and for the first time in five months I feel some happiness.
