    CCBILL: unusual many Chargebacks these days

    I'm not saying that this has anything to do with CCBILL...
    Just that it is with CCBILL I am experiencing this...

    Are you also seeing unusual many Chargebacks?

    Or is this just the trent this time of year?

          probably a scammer, they sign up under themselves with probably a stolen credit card a bunch of times and get paid then they charge it back.

                          Some people have made comments about the fact that cardsgate has its 3 level security clearance for all transactions; but we have it exactly for this reason; keeps the chargebacks low...people do strange things, even affiliates.
