    Ibill vs CCbill or other CC processor

    I`m looking for CC processor

    which one is the best in your opinion?
    which one is more friendly for users and of course for me

    any suggestions?

                      I would say Ibill just because they made me my first fortune and very user friendly, I have never been with ccbill but I would say after being with Ibill, probilling, and currently verotel I would say Ibill is the best. Although Ibill you have to pay the $700 fee or whatever I would still chose either them of ccbill if I wasnt canadian and could use them. Ibill's customer service was really bad at times to get a hold of your representative but they just changed hands and are now owned by hustler so hopefully that means only good things for the future.

                          Ibill has the best signups and especially rebills of any processor we've tried. Tech support has vastly improved there in the past year.

                                          Ibill makes the most money for me and gets the most sign ups. I call them on the phone if I need help and I get through to someone in under a few minutes.

On some links they are doing better than 1:30 and we have a great approval ratio on attempts to successfuls for initial full month memberships.                                                                                   Ibill has paid us on time for 4 years on our first account with them and on time for HotelHeiress.com sales since start.

                                                                                  I understand webmasters feel burned on the web900 deal - but I always thought it was lazy of webmasters to use their processor for pay by phone. checks - ya sure, but phone billing imho is a very specialized field that savy webmasters will choose to use a specialized company for.

                                                                                  Anyway, I've seen you post this thought many times and it doesn't just reflect poorly on IBill....

                                                                                      But I do feel well supported by the people at CCbill, I like to throw them some love whenever I can. Nothing wrong with that right?

                                                                                              Anyway, runarounds suck but second chances are what business is all about. The processing world is so monopolistic in the first place.

                                                                                                          I have no beef with you Evan, and Ibill has the support of lots of fine companies. Just not mine.

                                                                                                          I've learned a lot over the last few years, and if I cared enough about the money lost at Ibill I would have sued them by now. I've been too busy doing what I do, the money lost was just a blip on the screen. They've lost more in not processing us than we lost by their 900 fuckup.

                                                                                                          Things have a funny way of working themselves out in this biz.
