What I liked though is when Bill Cosby spoke up about black parents and owning up to their responsibilities! That was priceless that a man of color called a spade a spade so to speak..

Point is I respect the fact that 'colored' facilities where not as good as white, but at the same time it wasn't straight out discrimination against blacks only. The system went both ways, and was designed so that there would be two societies within the one. If colored people had the funds and the ability they could improve their hairdresser, bus, store, etc to be better than the one they where not allowed in and still have a 'No Whites Allowed' sign out front.

But onto more important things. It is not about what happened 40-50-100-200 years ago. That is the start but not the issue, the deal is STILL there are a lot of whites out there who are still acting stupidly when it comes to race. There is still racism, and it does not have to be all about calling someone a hahahahahaha or waiving around a rebel flag. How about you telling your daughter she can not talk to black guys? How about everytime your wife sees a black guy she clutches her purse and moves to the other side of the street (black people apparently can not cross the street after you or use power to take purses once they are clutched) How about the little office jokes you have with your white friends. How about your lilly white communities with your white washed ideals? What would you do if a black man moved in next to you HONESTLY. Some of you could say honestly it would not bother you, others would be lying if the first thing you thought of was "there goes the neighborhood"

There is a differance between being a racist and being a bigot. If you notice race you are a racist, blacks are racists because it is a self defense mechanism. Like I said all bigots do not wave flags and wear white sheets. Those are the loudest and usually most moronic. When all forms of bigotry stop, all forms of bigotry will stop. Till then all will be type casted by those who do not want to look past skin color. Your job is not to be common, black or white. Blacks tend to be racists out of design and self defense on a "little" more harmless scale because far less of them are bigots. A pro black person is usually trying to uplift people a pro white person is usually trying to uplift while seperating or trying to oppress another. There are differances that most whites do not see, for instance how many ALL black shows are there vs ALL white shows. Usually a black show will have some white stars as friends, this is because racist or not blacks usually tend to diversify their friends more than whites. So it is not about slavery as much as it is still about whites being bigots and seperatists....

Best example of this is a white family who lives next to a black family. He will have them over for dinner, hang out and watch the game, the kids will play together. The whites go out of town, the house is asked to be watched by the neighbor, maybe they give the other family a key to the house to feed the dogs and the fish. Kids grow up and hit puberty, love the neighbors boy to death, but date his daughter NEVER! Good enough for everything but his daughter! Does not matter if the kid is a better student than ANY of the white boys his daughter is bringing home. Does not matter if he shows more intelligence, better breeding or treats her with respect, most would rather her date a shitty white boy before ever fucking the hahahahahaha boy next door. Most white chics do not date black guys cuz of their fathers not because of anything else.

do you live in the south? i grew up on the east coast, racism existed but it wasn't all out in the open and shit like it is down here. I had never seen klan crosses on a highway until I drove through mississippi, i had never met a black person that felt the white man owed him something for shit that happened 400 years ago till I moved down here. The neighborhood I live in is primarily black, i'm white and i would say for every white man that hates a black person, there's 2 black people that hate a white person down here.

I did not say they started the colored only section, but I was stating a fact. The idea was that there be two seperate societies living within the one. But irregardless of this anyway, black people (or all 'colors' as some might say) should stop whinnig (including you). Blacks will be a majority within Britian soon after mid-Century, and 'colored' people will take over the US shortly before that. Following these nations close behind is France, Holland, and a number of others. Idiotic white people are basically giving immigrants their societies (socities founded on 40,000 year old indigenous populations) and the majority indigenous population can't even question it. Furthermore, blacks, and other immigrants still complain and yell at whitey at any given chance. In my opinion it is time to shut the fuck up buddy, because sadly the tables are turning, and within 100 years this last century of black empowerment, white demonisation, coupled with black and 'colored' majorities sure is going to make for a fun time.

At the same time though, I also refuse to accept the takeover of Western/White/European communities and culture. The world is great because it is different and diverse, and in my opinion it should remain that way. Europe is being taken over, noone can deny it, and those who do are too distanced from actually society and caught up in idealistic politics that they are too blind to see outside their front door. Like African culture? Or Asian culture? Great, so do I ... I just refuse to accept that it has a right to replace ours in our own indigenous nations.

Reparation argument can easily be made for any of the thousands of races/peoples who've been enslaved of all colors. There's no simple solution to it, people just need to stop teaching their kids hate.

Why are so many black people ignorant to the fact that it was their own African ancestors that sold and traded them to the white man and some of the largest slave owners and breeders in the United States were black.

Most of you crying for reparations need to learn the real history of slavery and then look at your own ancestors for payback

I have to call you on this one, slavery in early African society was not at all as it was in American culture. YES African tribes when conquering each other would take prisoners but just like some early european cultures those slaves were cared for and later worked their genetic liniage into the existing culture. For example Italy was invaded by the Moors (ethiopia) HAHA did you think Italians were so dark because of a TAN, they share on a genetic level a chromosome or two with the african race (explains the tan, the figure of the women, gold chains, cadillacs) Also do you think that honestly ALL or even MOST of the slaves that made it to America were bought "fair and square". Remember more died on the way than actually got here. Originally some slaves of tribes were sold to whites to remove members of that culture from the area giving the stronger tribes more area to prosper. It is not like the white man came in and showed a video of slavery in the new world to the leaders and the africans in power decided it would be good for the slaves they had for being defeated and so signed over all those slaves. Societies that were used and abused by the white man such as the arabs and indians of america assumed that their cultures HAD to be simular and never thought the white man would turn out to be the destroyer of their people as they were time and time again. THIS is another major reason there is distrust amongst every non white culture for the white man. Every culture that has accepted the white man as a friend has been betrayed. They opened their hands to give to the whites and in return they received pestilence and disease, their lands stolen, their women raped. Of course that does not happen anymore does it....... (does anyone hear an Arab saying something on these lines....)

Blacks were property and so could not own property, even when set free they still did not have the rights to own property, what you had were blacks who were the offspring of rapes or affairs who could pass owning slaves to try to fit in and deny their heritage. They were still "black" under jim crow laws but could get away with it because they passed the "paper bag test"

Free black slaves in collaboration with others fighting for freedom also purchased slaves and then gave them their freedom. Often times they would all live on a plantation doing the same forms of work they used to do but for pay such as proper living arangements, education and last but not least not getting the shit kicked out of them all the time and also having more conventional work hours and conditions.

Not saying that NO black man of pure liniage of slave did not own other slaves because they did just as whites owned other whites. But your argument is weakened by your flawwed methodology of only taking the parts of "truths" that back up your argument without looking at the whole picture that debunks it.
