Yes, but remember it's a one sided story. A lot of what he reports in the movie are facts but one sided. I want to see it as well but I don't think people will be fair.

It makes Bush look really really bad.

It could cost him the election if enough people see this movie.

When it comes down to it, most Americans, even on the left don't like political things. Remember Moore getting heavily booed at the Oscars by hollywood types.

Dollar: Hitchens on Michael Moore's Latest "Documentary" (June 22, 2004)
The Left's Christopher Hitchens (columnist for Vanity Fair) on Michael Moore's latest movie: http://slate.msn.com/id/2102723/?GT1=3584#correct

                    The money quote:
Moore's movie is "a spectacle of abject political cowardice masking itself as a demonstration of 'dissenting' bravery."

                    On Moore and his admirers:
"To [Moore], easy applause, in front of credulous audiences, is everything."

                    On Moore's 'history' of Iraq:
"We are introduced to Iraq, 'a sovereign nation.' (In fact, Iraq's 'sovereignty' was heavily qualified by international sanctions, however questionable, which reflected its noncompliance with important U.N. resolutions.) In this peaceable kingdom, according to Moore's flabbergasting choice of film shots, children are flying little kites, shoppers are smiling in the sunshine, and the gentle rhythms of life are undisturbed. Then?wham! From the night sky come the terror weapons of American imperialism...I don't think Al Jazeera would, on a bad day, have transmitted anything so utterly propagandistic. You would also be led to think that the term 'civilian casualty' had not even been in the Iraqi vocabulary until March 2003..."

                    On debating Moore:
"...I think we can agree that the film is so flat-out phony that 'fact-checking' is beside the point. And as for the scary lawyers--get a life, or maybe see me in court. But I offer this, to Moore and to his rapid response rabble. Any time, Michael my boy. Let's redo Telluride. Any show. Any place. Any platform. Let's see what you're made of."

                    On Moore's documentary standards:
"But if you leave out absolutely everything that might give your 'narrative' a problem and throw in any old rubbish that might support it, and you don't even care that one bit of that rubbish flatly contradicts the next bit, and you give no chance to those who might differ, then you have betrayed your craft. ... At no point does Michael Moore make the smallest effort to be objective. At no moment does he pass up the chance of a cheap sneer or a jeer."

His last few movies did pretty well their own and created quite a stir aswell.
Pretty sure Bush didnt need moores hhelp to ruin him, he did that all too well on his own

As of this morning, a little over 500 theaters have agreed to show the movie beginning next Friday, June 25. There are three national/regional theater chains who, as of today, have not booked the movie in their theaters. One theater owner in Illinois has reported receiving death threats.
Damn, and I just looked at our movie listings for Friday out here, and the big Regal ones aren't showing this movie in my area.

im going see it on saturday!

                                      Often times I wonder why
There's love and hate, theres live or die.
When sickness comes I must decide:
                                      When feelings go, theres suicide.

just me, i never liked the trailer... its one-sided. amids the on-going investigation conducted, its just not fair to claim that Bush was to be held solely responsible of the 9/11.

Exactly! And this is why I also want to see this movie. We've already seen that (bush's) side for number of times (no FOX, CNN etc). Furthermore, I the only side we know is bush's "true". This is unfair. We have deserved to see another (non-bush's) side at least once. And let it be Fahrentheit 9/11.

Once more time: can't wait for it!!!

Moore made a good point on Dateline the other night, that there are fewer and fewer big companies with ownership of the U.S. television stations, which is quite scary leaving it up to a small group of people to decide what we all see on the news.
