Alan's niche is outdoor wilderness photgraphy and painting of Canada, and let me tell you it's quite spectacular. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of his work but as soon as we get our new pieces sent to us I will certainly take some pics.

Anyone else a collector or a collector in the making (like me)?

Good for you!

If you've the chance to meet with the artist themselves it's always a good deal.

I can't put things out for sale. They're bought up before I start. I started very young, bypassed the bs of galleries and went straight from artpad to private collections. I studied alot though in jr. high and high school. Started working professionally globally by 18 years old.

Saw how greedy people can be with art and wasn't prepared.

One thing I can tell you though is you can never, ever go wrong with good artwork purchases and presevation. Especially today it's a freakin' goldmine because with the internet you can reach millons of people and command whatever price you choose.

Collections go fast though. It's fucking scary how fast shit gets bought up nowadays.

I like certain sculptures. I bought several last week. Got em' for low when others were selling at triple. I lucked out. Only have one more I want and am pestering one company to issue a special issue.

Buying art and creating art, if you'e good and know wtf you're doing is better than real estate.
